Q. What are Diagnostic Radiology’s hours of operation?
A. All our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and appointments are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Q. How do I obtain a copy of my report, or ask that they be sent to my physician?
A. If a copy of your report was not provided to you or your physician, please contact us at 703.569.8820 to submit a request.

Q. What options are available for scheduling an exam?
A. Our call center can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to schedule your appointment. You may also use our Online Appointment Request Form to request one of our schedulers to contact you with available appointments within your specifications. -
Q. How do I find out if and where you do a particular exam?
A. All services with the exception of CT Scans are available at all locations. CT Scan appointments are only scheduled at our Springfield location. If you have further questions regarding exams and availability by location please call us at 703.569.8820.

Q. How do I prepare for my exam?
A. Exam preparation for each procedure is provided during the scheduling process. For further clarification, you should call the office for which you have your appointment scheduled or refer to the Prepare for your Visit section of our website. -
Q. Will you accept a radiology request form from another practice?
A. We accept any written order from a physician that is written on either a physician’s prescription form, an insurance referral form or a radiology request form

Q. Do all exams require a scheduled appointment?
A. We do accept walk-in’s for Digital X-Ray, Screening Mammograms, and exams that require no prep, however for your convenience, we do recommend scheduling an appointment.

Q. How do I report a compliment/complaint/concern regarding Diagnostic Radiology’s services and procedures?
A. Access our Online Patient Survey or print, complete and mail the downloadable survey form. We appreciate your feedback and welcome any opportunity to improve our services.
